Chaplaincy Services

Provides coordination for all protestant activities for the largest jail ministry in Texas, a 3,500 person system. This includes overseeing all volunteers, inmate requests and classes. This also means providing death notifications and meeting with inmates in crisis.

Pastoral care for both male and female inmates including prayer, counseling, Bibles and the plan of salvation.

Beyond that initial emotional “Jesus Help Me” moment, T.I.M.E. then has a team of volunteers that offers multiple classes every day in order to turn this “moment” into a meaningful love relationship with Christ and Biblical practices for living.

Teaching bible classes: offering 130 bible classes a month.

Supervising a team of 80 volunteers ministering to inmates.

Providing the opportunity for baptism resulting in over 10,000 in the past 30 years.

Teaches inmates to be disciples in their pods within the jail and in the prisons.
